The conference venue is the Complesso di San Geminiano, which hosts the Department of Law of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, and is located at the heart of the Modena city. Formerly the seat of a nunnery, the Complesso di San Geminiano, dating back to the 12th century, has recently been renovated. It is located close to paid parking areas along the avenues surrounding the city centre, as well as to a large free car park in the former AMCM area on Via Carlo Sigonio, just a few hundred metres away.
All classrooms are equipped with video projectors, ensuring an optimal learning experience. The new Library, which serves the needs of approximately 2000 local users, in addition to managing numerous interlibrary loans, is housed in a large section of the Complesso San Paolo, around the spacious courtyard where the ancient Leccio - after which the area is named - stands. Spread over two floors, the ground floor and first floor, the library has its entrance on Via Camatta, in a strategic location for daily use by students attending the Department of Law.

Best Paper Award Sponsor

Exhibitor stand

Your organisation gets an exhibition space including stand, table, chairs and electricity supply. Optional flexibility can be negotiated with organisers.

Cost: €500 per day

Conference Bag Sponsorship

Your organisation gets maximum exposure on the side of all attendee conference bags— as these bags are carried and used during the conference and long afterwards as many attendees take their bags home or to the office.

Cost: A €600 fee plus conference bags to be supplied by sponsor at their expense, with a minimum of 150 required.

Notebook and Pen Sponsorship
